What documents should you send for a WhatsApp quote?

DIRECT ANSWER
For a WhatsApp quote, send your university and program, service, deadline, current instructions, project status and adviser comments. Share only necessary pages or files, remove sensitive data, and never send passwords, platform access, full identity documents, complete personal datasets or material you lack permission to disclose.
A useful quote needs context, but it does not require your entire academic life or access to your accounts. Preparing the right information reduces repeated questions and helps distinguish a focused tutoring session from an extensive review.
The five minimum details
- University, program and campus or modality. Requirements may vary within the same institution.
- Requested service. Tutoring, methodology, analysis, editing, formatting and defense preparation are different scopes.
- Real deadline. Also state the next milestone: meeting, review, submission or defense.
- Current status. Explain what exists, what has been approved and what remains pending.
- Specific need. For example: “I do not know how to align my objectives with the instrument.”
The WhatsApp button opens the conversation directly and creates a tracking reference. You can include these details in your first message to receive a more accurate quote.
Useful documents
- Current official guide, regulation, rubric or template.
- Editable draft of the sections that require review.
- Adviser comments without unrelated personal conversations.
- Matrix, instrument or variable dictionary when relevant.
- An anonymized data sample when you need to confirm analysis feasibility.
- Expected file format and length.
You do not need to send everything in the first message. Start with the instructions and a representative sample; the reviewer can then confirm which file is necessary for an accurate quote.
What you should not send
- University usernames, passwords, recovery codes or active sessions.
- Cards, bank accounts or complete identity documents.
- Datasets containing names, phone numbers, clinical records or other personal data without anonymization.
- Audio, interviews, photographs or third-party documents you do not have permission to share.
- Signatures, seals, approval letters or certificates for someone else to reproduce.
If a dataset contains personal information, make a sample copy: replace identifiers, remove unnecessary columns and retain only the pattern required to assess the task. The privacy policy explains the contact channel and general processing rules.
How to describe the scope
Avoid messages such as “how much for a thesis?” Use a verifiable description:
“I study Business Administration at [institution]. My problem, objectives and survey are approved. I need to review coding and select the analysis for 180 responses. My meeting is September 30.”
That context makes it possible to determine whether you need a session, cleaning, analysis, interpretation or a combination.
Before accepting the quote
Confirm deliverables, timeline, rounds, HNL price, responsibility for providing sources or data and exclusions. A quote should not include guaranteed approval, impersonation or fabricated information.
For thesis projects, also use the Honduras thesis guide. For analysis, review what belongs in a prepared dataset.
Sharing less information in a better-organized form protects people and produces a more useful quote.
