This policy explains which data Folium Labs receives, why it is used, how long it is retained and how to request access, correction or deletion.
The form may receive name, email, phone, country, university, program or campus, service, deadline, message and files you choose to attach. WhatsApp records click context and a reference; do not send passwords, access credentials or third-party data without permission.
We use data to reply, quote, deliver the service, prevent abuse and measure the funnel without sending PII to Google Analytics. Email, spreadsheet, hosting and security providers may process what is strictly necessary under their controls.
We limit access to project material and do not use it as a public sample without permission. CRM analytics identifiers are deleted after 90 days; lost or spam leads are retained up to 12 months and won clients up to 24 months unless another legal duty applies.
Analytics storage is denied by default and can be accepted or rejected in the site notice. Commercial events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or individual lead references as Analytics dimensions. A WhatsApp click can still be recorded with contextual fields so the redirect remains reliable.
You may ask whether we hold your data and request correction or deletion, subject to fraud prevention, contractual and legal retention needs. Identify the contact channel or reference so we can locate the record without collecting more data than necessary.
