This policy explains which data Folium Labs receives, why it is used, how long it is retained and how to request access, correction or deletion.
The form may receive name, email, phone, country, university, program or campus, service, deadline, message and files you choose to attach. WhatsApp records click context and a reference; do not send passwords, access credentials or third-party data without permission.
We use data to reply, quote, deliver the service, prevent abuse and measure the funnel without sending PII to Google Analytics. Email, spreadsheet, hosting and security providers may process what is strictly necessary under their controls.
We limit access to project material and do not use it as a public sample without permission. The details of your request are kept in our internal contact records while they are useful to assist you or for the business relationship; they are not deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to contacto@folium-labs.com, and we will do so unless a legal duty requires us to keep them.
Analytics storage is denied by default and can be accepted or rejected in the site notice. Commercial events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or individual lead references as Analytics dimensions. A WhatsApp click can still be recorded with contextual fields so the redirect remains reliable.
If you accept cookies, the site loads the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and a WhatsApp click may be reported to Meta's Conversions API with the click reference, your IP address, browser and country so Meta can attribute it to an ad. If you decline, nothing is sent to Meta. We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text.
Our hosting provider tells us the country of your connection. We store only whether it is Honduras or not in a cookie so prices display in lempiras or US dollars, and we record that country with a WhatsApp click to route quotes and payment methods. This is not used to identify you.
When you download a guide or template, we use your email to send you the file and one follow-up email the next day with a tip and our offer. Each email includes a link to unsubscribe, which cancels any pending email. We record the download and any unsubscribe request in our internal lead sheet; we do not sell or share your email.
If you arrive through a link with campaign parameters (for example, from our Instagram or Facebook profile), we keep the campaign name in our own cookie for 30 days and record it with a WhatsApp click so we know which channel brings inquiries. It contains no personal data and is not shared with third parties.
You may ask whether we hold your data and request correction or deletion, subject to fraud prevention, contractual and legal retention needs. Identify the contact channel or reference so we can locate the record without collecting more data than necessary.
