No. Folium Labs is an independent online service. We are not an official site, office, partner or representative of any university. Institution names are used only to frame requirements and link to official sources.

Timing depends on the material's current state, scope, complexity, availability of sources or data and deadline. We agree on a realistic deliverable schedule before work begins. Urgency never justifies inventing results, sources or institutional requirements.

The form asks only for information needed to respond and quote. WhatsApp records a reference and commercial context; names, phone numbers, emails, free text, IP addresses and files are not sent to GA4. The privacy policy explains purposes and retention.

No. We provide tutoring, methodology, explained analysis, review, editing and defense preparation. The student retains authorship, makes academic decisions and must understand and defend every deliverable. We do not impersonate students or access academic platforms on their behalf.

No. Approval depends on the student's work and the university's evaluation. We can agree on a verifiable scope, apply the instructions provided, document changes and correct deviations from the quote.

We identify matches, incomplete citations and attribution issues to teach legitimate paraphrasing and improve references. A percentage alone does not determine plagiarism. We do not rewrite to deceive detectors or promise identical results across tools.

Yes. The quote defines included rounds, which comments fall within scope and what constitutes additional work. New decisions from the student or institution are assessed transparently before implementation.

Payment method, milestones and deliverables are agreed in writing in the quote. If a deliverable does not match the scope, we review and correct it. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately; disagreements are documented and resolved according to verifiable work completed.
